The Memphis Breast Cancer Consortium (MBCC) hosted the 3rd Annual Live! Just As We Are Breast Cancer Summit on Saturday, February 4 at the Temple of Deliverence COGIC. The Summit was presented by West Cancer Center, Baptist Cancer Center and the University of Tennessee Health Science Center.

Barry-Lewis Harris II, MD, CEO of Common Table Health Alliance, welcomed an audience of 800 breast cancer survivors, advocates and community supporters of strong breast health, along with elected officials from the Memphis City Council and the Shelby County Commission. To learn more about MBCC and its efforts to combat the mortality disparity rate in Shelby County, please view the segment above.
